Nodar has extensive knowledge, business development and networking expertise. He is an entrepreneur with an understanding of business success and ethics, which has contributed to developing many international opportunities. He has become an expert in the premium caviar industry and luxury product marketplace due to heading the Narsavidze family caviar business. Following his Grandfather's footsteps, he practiced the method of raising sturgeon fish in native waters while harvesting the roe using sustainable practices. Nodar brings his firsthand knowledge of the sturgeon caviar industry, trading sturgeon meat, sourcing fish skin waste and developing a unique niche for transforming fish skin into luxury leather. He continues to use his entrepreneurial spirit and strategic decision making to maximize the by-product value of aquafarm operations. Nodar founded AmStur brand (www.amstur.com) in 2014 to satisfy market demand for premium quality sturgeon caviar. Nodar handled business development and implementation of strategic plans. Under Nodar's guidance and supervision, in February 2015, AmStur opened an international distribution facility in the United Arab Emirates, Dubai. Currently, AmStur's caviar is sold in many prestigious hotels and restaurants across the UAE, including Emirates Palace, Zabeel Saray, Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, St. Regis and JW Marriot Marquis. AmStur holds two Guinness World Records at the iconic Dubai resorts Burj Al Arab and Atlantis. A transition to Aquaborne was a natural evolvement for Nodar, bringing his established clients as well as sources of fish-skin to establish a new venture. Nodar was able to spot a unique niche to launch the first commercial scale fish tanning facility in California. It was both his entrepreneurial spirit and strategic decision to create a new enterprise in order to maximize the value from the by-product of aquafarm operations.
